My knitwear project is inspired by the feeling of relaxation. Rinsing My day away every evening, putting on a mud mask and breathing, feeling safe and connecting to my inner-self. I was inspired by the "Mud Men" in Papua New Guinea that make mud masks in order to protect themselves from the world. I was also inspired by the making of ceramics and I created the fabrics using my own technique and combining embroidery.
